How can I track my order from Brisora?
After your order is processed we will send you a message with a tracking link. Click on it to see where your order is on its journey to you.
What payment methods can I use?
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and popular wallets. If you need help with a specific payment method, reach out to us at brisora01@gmail.com.
Can I pay with Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Not at this time. All orders are prepaid.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship across India as standard. International shipping to selected countries is available and rates are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
For orders within India, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days and is completed within 7 days of payment. Timelines for international orders vary by destination.
What sizes do you offer?
We cater to a wide range of sizes, from S to XXL, so everyone can find their fit at Brisora.
How can I find my size?
There is a detailed size chart on every product page. Taking a quick look before placing your order will help you select the right size.
What is Brisora's return and exchange policy?
We do not offer refunds, but we do offer exchanges for a different size. If your preferred size is not available we will provide a credit note valid for 60 days. Email us at brisora01@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery to start the exchange process. Sale items are not eligible for exchange. Full details are in our Return & Exchange Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing brisora01@gmail.com. Prepaid orders that have already been processed are not eligible for cancellation.
How will I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a message from us by email or WhatsApp. We will send another update when it ships and may reach out after delivery for your feedback.
